52nd PICP Conference: Official Communique

“Looking In, Looking Out, Looking Ahead”

The 52^nd Pacific Islands Chiefs of Police Conference was held in Waitangi, Aotearoa New Zealand from 19 to 22 August 2025. The Conference was attended by the Police Chiefs, Commissioners and Directors from American Samoa, Australia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, NZ, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.

American Samoa, FSM, Guam, Kiribati, the Marshall Islands, Nauru, and New Caledonia were represented at Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner or Commander level.
