The Australian Institute of Police Management (AIPM) has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Programs, aimed at strengthening leadership across the public safety and security sectors. These programs combine academic rigor with practical application, offering participants the opportunity to build critical thinking, ethical leadership, and strategic decision-making skills essential for executive roles.

The two flagship programs, the Graduate Certificate of Applied Management and the Graduate Diploma of Executive Leadership, provide structured pathways for emerging and established leaders.

Through its Pacific Faculty, AIPM is offering up to six scholarships for eligible candidates from the Pacific region.

All applications require endorsement from the applicant’s Commissioner’s Office and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Before entering the graduate programs, participants must complete the Higher Education Enabling Program (HEEP) — a mandatory four-week onboarding course designed to prepare candidates for academic success and professional application.

These programs represent a valuable opportunity for Pacific policing professionals to advance their leadership capabilities and contribute to regional security and resilience.
